Bachelors Degree, 16-20 years: "• Responsible to carry out the complete recruitment process from placing adverts to arranging interviews and sending letters as appropriate • Responsible for the on-boarding of new recruits • Providing lead support on specific HR projects e.g. sourcing of a new HR System • Responding to routine queries and requests from line managers and employees on employment and recruitment matters • Responsible for the monthly HR KPI report • Providing advice when required on general HR queries relating to the organisation’s policies and procedures as well as terms and conditions of employment e.g. annual leave, notice periods, pay rates • Responsible for probation review tracking ensuring all employees complete the required probation reviews • Responsible for the training portfolio and executing the training plan for the year"
