High School, 8-12 years: "• Provide second Level specialist support to field engineers and authorized service partners for escalated hardware problems, guide them through the schematics. Actively monitor, log and respond to hardware incidents. • Work with Fist Level support, Hardware/Software engineering and field installation teams • Simulate issues in the lab in order to “build” solutions, Electronic and/or Mechanical. • Manage and maintain a lab with more than 100 machines. Responsible for the machines maintenance, order and stock control of consumables and parts. • Network Support and Troubleshooting – Trace the network, check and change if necessary Network settings, Check cabling, switch ports, search for corrupt files in the network, TCP/IP, UDP. • Experience working with Windows Server environments, event logging. Windows, Linux, IOS and Android • Analysis and maintenance of Electronic-Mechanical Systems running with Step Motors, Clutch, Optical sensors, Thermal Sensors. • Electronic measurement tools – Multimeter, Oscilloscope • Electronic Fundamentals • Electric Circuits – Read Schematics as guide for PCB troubleshoot • Electrical safety – ESD: Personal and component level."
