Bachelors Degree, 2-4 years: "- Formulates and reviews short and long-range plans, goals, and objectives for Health Imaging Informatics (HII) products. - Conduct product analysis and market research of consumer behavior, to lead and manage impactful new business opportunities. - Determine the profitability and viability of new products or product enhancements and develops marketing strategies and tactics to ensure effective product placement relative to market opportunity. - Support sales department in order to prepare the tender response and validation. - Responsible for technical assistance to internal departments and external clients in case of problems; draw up an action plan to resolve the problem within pre-established time limits. - Advise the company on problem solving, deal with the problems on the spot, in accordance with the instructions provided by the corporate. - In relation to the request for support from the company, to integrate the knowledge that is missing to the service engineers; I report trends, problems and experiences occurring in the field and I am responsible for implementing the field modification instructions. - Perform training to service engineer about IT related arguments and I train the customer to use the HII modalities. - Manage network installation and maintenance of all installed systems, implement the remote assistance and resolve complex IT problems, especially network related and concerning the DICOM environment, often with ad hoc designed tools and software."
