"Project Management: - Developing guidelines for Project management life cycle processess within the company - Project Planning: Scope definition, risk management & budget estimation - Developing key milestones and performance indicators - Managing projects of different sizes, in parallel, with differing timelines and from various sectors (Ex: Finance, Insurance, Government, Semiconductors, etc.) - Conducting regular client meetings for status updates, task prioritisation and risk mitigation - Manage client change requests and reflect changes on the project plan accordingly Account management: - Develop long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients - On-board and integrate new clients - Single point of contact for the existing client - Ensure quality support and client satisfaction - Conduct regular catch up to discuss client’s projects and find new project opportunities Technical Support: - End to end solution implementation: o Conduct Workshops, design solution, build configurations, Quality assurance and testing o UAT development and support o Ensure timely delivery of end solution: configuration and detailed documentation o Go live and post go live support o Conduct user and administrator client training o Preparation and continuous improvement of training materials and documentations."
