"As a CSM, I am responsible for onboarding (post-sales) new clients, maintaining and developing ongoing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty, networking, implementing success programs, contributing to sales, training clients, and minimizing churn. I provide insights on client-to-business interactions to improve customer experience through product support, and handle customer complaints and requests. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Responsible for assigned customer onboarding, including initial kickoff, implementation updates, user adoption and monitoring of issues that occur during onboarding - Establishing a trusted advocate/advisor relationship focusing on driving new relationships, opening doors to new use cases, champions, teams, and in general, elevating NetBrain within each environment. - Preparing, scheduling, and conducting quarterly account reviews with the customers to ensure their ongoing success. Working with them on any needs and areas we recommend them to improve upon. - Working closely with NetBrain Support and other Services teams to ensure a consistently positive customer experiences by providing oversight and management for issues and initiatives."
