"Current job includes: Invoicing of permits (Rondo). HR administration tasks (Populus); handling the employee relationship from start to finish, drafting vacancy announcements, coordinating the recruitment process, organizing the staff training and coaching. Updating the city website (responsibility for certain parts) and building new ones (Wordpress). Versatile financial management tasks (including budgeting, reporting & monitoring). In lookout for more challenging work. Previously for example: Handling inbound invoices with SAP, both manual and electronic warehouse billing, solving any errors in the process. Supervising the transfer of the debt account for the suppliers; making sure the accounts match and requesting for missing invoices and coordinating with the stores to check their inventory, if needed. Daily running of the store, managerial tasks and office duties (hourly recordings, fill-in arrangement, earnings reporting to the head-office). Responsible for cash handling, making sure everything adds-up, preparation of remittances, monitoring the main register. Implementation of campaigns, preparing promotional materials and displays. Coming up with ideas & implementation for additional sales process. Acting as immediate supervisor to a team of 10 people (including holding monthly meetings). Handling the daily ordering of products (also taking inventory). Tracking and analyzing sales and sales margins at both products group and individual product level, as well as making decisions to optimize sales.
