What I do? "All HR tasks for existing staff members (on/off boarding, benefits), liaising with the Department of Immigration for work permits; All matters re the infrastructure of the office location (repairs, maintenance) as well as day-to-day office matters (stationery, beverages); Act as internal corporate administrator & liaise with external corporate administrators re banking, books & records; Maintain diaries for C-Suite (4 people), arrange travel for conferences as well as personal requirements, provide assistance to the CEO re personal matters. Must sometimes work evenings and weekends as work deadlines dictate."

What I do? "* Provide support to the CEO & CFO with regard to email and calendar management, travel arrangements, corporate matters and client & business development meetings as well as assisting with situations of a highly personal nature. * Oversee the running of an office for 20 employees, ensuring sufficient supplies are on hand, any maintenance or repairs are reported and dealt with, liaising with vendors and clients. * Responsible for all HR matters - health insurance, pensions, recruitment efforts, work permit applications and renewals, working closely with the accountant regarding payroll and tax payments. * Oversee junior staff responsible for filing, mail collection/dissemination, data input, etc."
